Tentative Committee Meeting Times These preliminary meeting times are provided for your travel and planning purposes only.

March 15 (Monday)         EAPA Member Company Attendees Only 4:00 to 6:00 PM              Committee Planning Meetings  (EAPA Members only)

March 16 (Tuesday)         Open to All   8:00 AM to 7:00 PM        Full Committee Meetings with Presentations, Vendor Exhibition, etc. 8 AM                       Continental Breakfast 8:45 AM - 5 PM           Committee Meetings      *** SPECIAL FEATURE ***  "5-Minute Vendor Presentations"  ...  provides vendors who are registered to attend either committee meeting with the opportunity to provide a short presentation on a product or service, or change in your company's existing product line, etc ... and may lead to a more detailed presentation at a future meeting!  Sign-up on your registration form.   12 Noon - 2 PM   Buffet Luncheon in Vendor Exhibition Hall 5 - 7 PM              Reception in Vendor Exhibition Hall                             (Light Hors d’oeuvres & beverages)

March 17 (Wednesday) EAPA Member Company Attendees Only         8:00 AM to 12 Noon  (7 AM Continental Breakfast) Committee Business Meetings

 

   

Preliminary Vendor Information   Opportunity to exhibit in a small, informal setting  (20 - 30 Table Top exhibits planned).     Vendor exhibitor registration fee includes skirted exhibit table and chairs, food & beverage costs, web site listing, and a listing in meeting program.  Electricity may be ordered for an additional fee.    Vendors may register to attend open committee meeting sessions on Tuesday.  Committee meeting registration is required for participation in the committees' 5-minute Vendor Presentation feature.   Vendor Exhibition will be open during committee luncheon break (buffet lunch served in exhibit hall) and late afternoon following committee meetings (with light hors d’oeuvres and beverages).  Approximate exhibition hall hours:  12 Noon – 2:00 PM  During committees' lunch breaks  (set-up, late morning)   5:00 – 7:00 PM Following afternoon meeting sessions  (with light hors d’oeuvres and beverages)     QUESTIONS??
