Andrew Tubbs, president and CEO of Energy Association of Pennsylvania (EAP), today issued the following statement on Gov. Josh Shapiro’s budget proposal:
“Pennsylvania’s gas and electric utilities are integral to ensuring the continued delivery of essential services to the commonwealth. To maintain reliable, safe, and efficient utility infrastructure, it’s crucial that we establish and uphold sound policies that address both the needs of consumers and the sustainability of our energy systems. EAP looks forward to continuing the conversation with the Shapiro Administration to keep Pennsylvania’s utilities resilient and at the forefront of the nation’s energy leadership.”
